Supporting Neurodiversity at work

We love this article by Michelle Morgan, employment law expert and senior associate at Gardner Leader law firm, on supporting Neurodiversity at work which we placed in the top HR title, Personnel Today.

With 700,000 people in the UK now on the autism spectrum, chances are most people reading this blog will employ someone with dyslexia, autism, ADHD, dyspraxia or another neurological condition.

Michelle’s article offers some great insight and advice for today’s employer, to ensure they tap into the strengths and opportunities that come with having a neurodiverse talent pool.
