Director, Carol Williams, explains why leaders, that fail to connect and engage with teams, are failing to fulfil the fundamental role of a leader. Instead, they are creating a culture where disengagement is the norm. She goes on to say how such leaders don’t cause active disruption so they tend to not be spotted and therefore, it’s a problem that isn’t addressed.
