We put Leadership and Talent Development experts, Full Potential Group, in touch with Forbes magazine to discuss why an absent boss is worse than no boss.

Director, Carol Williams, explains why leaders, that fail to connect and engage with teams, are failing to fulfil the fundamental role of a leader. Instead, they are creating a culture where disengagement is the norm. She goes on to say how such leaders don’t cause active disruption so they tend to not be spotted and therefore, it’s a problem that isn’t addressed.
