The whole issue around gender dress codes hit the press again yesterday.

The piece discusses whether the courts  will have to revise what is a ‘conventional standard of appearance’ – 22 years after Court of Appeal in Smith v Safeway overturned EAT which said ‘no long hair for men’ was not discrimination.
