With the IT sector relying heavily on an international workforce including 8% from the EU, the sector is already struggling significantly with a talent shortage, caused by restrictions imposed by the Tier 2 visa cap together with a growing nervousness around the future of EU workers in Britain. A No Deal Brexit is not an option for the future of technology.
